1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using marksriser.com ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. About the Platform

MarksRiser provides NEET exam preparation tools including previous year question papers (PYQ), practice tests, mock tests, AI-powered tutoring, performance analytics, and timetable generation. Content is for educational purposes only.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

4. Account Responsibility

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
  • Do not share your account credentials with others.
  • Notify us immediately at support@marksriser.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

  • Free tier access is available without payment. Premium features require a paid subscription (Pro Quarterly or Elite Yearly).
  • Payments are processed securely via Razorpay.
  • Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
  • Free trial coupons (e.g., NEET2026) are limited to one use per account and cannot be transferred.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Copy, redistribute, or resell any platform content or question data.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate access to the Platform.
  • Share, publish, or distribute exam questions obtained from the Platform.
  • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
  • Create multiple accounts to abuse free trial offers.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including questions, explanations, AI-generated content, UI design, and code — is owned by MarksRiser or its licensors. PYQ content is sourced from publicly available NTA exam papers. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without written permission.

8. AI-Generated Content

Some questions and explanations on the Platform are generated using AI. While we review AI content for quality, we do not guarantee 100% accuracy. Always verify important information with official NCERT textbooks or NTA sources.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that use of the Platform will result in improved exam scores or admission. We are not responsible for any interruptions, errors, or data loss.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MarksRiser shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months prior to the claim.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your access to paid features ends immediately with no refund for the remaining subscription period.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
