MarksRiser

Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 10/08/2026

MarksRiser is an independent educational platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or officially associated with NTA, NEET, AIIMS, NCERT or any other examination authority unless expressly stated.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using marksriser.com ("MarksRiser", "the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Services

MarksRiser is an AI-powered NEET preparation platform. The Platform provides:

  • NEET Previous Year Questions
  • AIIMS Previous Year Questions
  • Chapter-wise and subject-wise tests
  • Full-length mock tests
  • Standard-book-based tests
  • AI-powered performance analysis and weak-topic analysis
  • Personalised study recommendations and AI timetable
  • NCERT AI Bot
  • Ranker Test Series
  • Performance and progress tracking

3. User Account

  • You must register an account to use most features. The information you provide must be accurate and kept up to date.
  • You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account.
  • Do not share your account credentials or allow others to use your account.
  • Notify us at support@marksriser.com immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
  • One account is intended for one individual user.

4. Subscription Plans and Pricing

  • MarksRiser offers a free tier along with paid subscription plans. Current plans, inclusions and prices are shown on our pricing page.
  • Each plan grants access only to the features listed for that plan, for the duration of that plan.
  • We may revise plans, features and pricing. Changes apply to new purchases and renewals, not to the remaining period of an already activated subscription.
  • Promotional offers and coupons may carry their own conditions, including limits on how many times they can be used per account. They are not transferable.

5. Payments

  • Payments are collected through our payment gateway, Razorpay.
  • Your card, UPI and other payment credentials are handled by the payment gateway. MarksRiser does not store complete card or UPI credentials.
  • A subscription is activated after the payment is confirmed to us by the payment gateway.
  • Payments are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Subscription payments are non-refundable once the subscription has been successfully activated, except for the limited exceptions described in that policy.

6. Digital Content and Subscription Access

MarksRiser delivers digital educational content, and access begins immediately on activation. Access is personal, non-transferable and limited to the subscription period. Access ends when the subscription period expires or when the account is suspended or terminated under these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including questions, explanations, AI-generated content, analytics, study material, branding, interface design and code — belongs to MarksRiser or its licensors. Previous-year question content originates from publicly available examination papers; our compilation, tagging, explanations and presentation of that content remain our property.

8. Prohibited Activities

You must not:

  • Copy, scrape, reproduce, redistribute, resell or commercially exploit MarksRiser's paid content without permission.
  • Share your subscription or account access with others.
  • Use bots, crawlers or automated tools to access or download content.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the Platform.
  • Create multiple accounts to abuse free trials or promotional offers.
  • Upload unlawful, abusive or infringing material.
  • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.

9. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

AI-generated explanations, recommendations, questions and study plans may occasionally contain errors. Students should verify important academic information with authoritative sources such as official NCERT textbooks and official examination notifications.

10. Educational Disclaimer

The Platform is provided for educational and practice purposes only. MarksRiser is an independent educational platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or officially associated with NTA, NEET, AIIMS, NCERT or any other examination authority unless expressly stated. Official examination rules, syllabus and results are governed solely by the relevant examination authority.

11. No Guarantee of Marks, Rank or Admission

MarksRiser does not guarantee any particular marks, rank, examination result, college admission or academic outcome. Predicted scores, ranks and analytics are estimates generated from your practice data and are not a forecast of actual examination performance.

12. Website Availability

We aim to keep the Platform available at all times, but access may be interrupted by maintenance, updates, technical issues or events outside our control. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

13. Account Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these Terms — for example content piracy, account sharing, automated scraping or fraudulent payment activity. You may stop using the Platform or request account deletion at any time. Where an account is terminated for a breach of these Terms, access to paid features ends immediately and no refund is provided for the remaining subscription period.

14. Changes to Services

We may add, modify or discontinue features to improve the Platform. We will not materially reduce the core benefits of an active paid plan without providing a reasonable alternative.

15. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows when the current version took effect. Continued use of the Platform after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, MarksRiser is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the Platform, including loss of study time, examination outcomes or data. Our total liability in connection with the Platform will not exceed the amount you paid to MarksRiser in the three months before the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms excludes any liability or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded under applicable Indian law.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes relating to them are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
