MarksRiser is an independent educational platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or officially associated with NTA, NEET, AIIMS, NCERT or any other examination authority unless expressly stated.
By accessing or using marksriser.com ("MarksRiser", "the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Platform.
MarksRiser is an AI-powered NEET preparation platform. The Platform provides:
MarksRiser delivers digital educational content, and access begins immediately on activation. Access is personal, non-transferable and limited to the subscription period. Access ends when the subscription period expires or when the account is suspended or terminated under these Terms.
All content on the Platform — including questions, explanations, AI-generated content, analytics, study material, branding, interface design and code — belongs to MarksRiser or its licensors. Previous-year question content originates from publicly available examination papers; our compilation, tagging, explanations and presentation of that content remain our property.
You must not:
AI-generated explanations, recommendations, questions and study plans may occasionally contain errors. Students should verify important academic information with authoritative sources such as official NCERT textbooks and official examination notifications.
The Platform is provided for educational and practice purposes only. MarksRiser is an independent educational platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or officially associated with NTA, NEET, AIIMS, NCERT or any other examination authority unless expressly stated. Official examination rules, syllabus and results are governed solely by the relevant examination authority.
MarksRiser does not guarantee any particular marks, rank, examination result, college admission or academic outcome. Predicted scores, ranks and analytics are estimates generated from your practice data and are not a forecast of actual examination performance.
We aim to keep the Platform available at all times, but access may be interrupted by maintenance, updates, technical issues or events outside our control. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these Terms — for example content piracy, account sharing, automated scraping or fraudulent payment activity. You may stop using the Platform or request account deletion at any time. Where an account is terminated for a breach of these Terms, access to paid features ends immediately and no refund is provided for the remaining subscription period.
We may add, modify or discontinue features to improve the Platform. We will not materially reduce the core benefits of an active paid plan without providing a reasonable alternative.
These Terms may be updated from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows when the current version took effect. Continued use of the Platform after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
To the extent permitted by law, MarksRiser is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the Platform, including loss of study time, examination outcomes or data. Our total liability in connection with the Platform will not exceed the amount you paid to MarksRiser in the three months before the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms excludes any liability or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded under applicable Indian law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes relating to them are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
