No Refund Policy

All MarksRiser subscription payments are non-refundable once the subscription has been successfully activated.

Please read this policy carefully before making a payment.

1. Why Payments Are Final

MarksRiser provides immediate access to digital educational content as soon as a subscription is activated. This includes tests, question banks, previous-year questions (NEET and AIIMS PYQ), AI features, performance analysis, and other subscription services.

Because the full value of the subscription is delivered digitally and instantly, the purchase cannot be reversed once activation is complete.

2. Refunds Are Not Provided For

Change of mind after purchase
Failure to use the subscription
Partial use
Unused subscription period
Accidental purchase after activation
Not attempting tests
Not using available features
Not achieving expected marks or rank
Personal circumstances
Examination date changes
Syllabus changes
Subscription expiry

3. Refund Exceptions

Refunds are considered only in the following two situations:

3.1 Duplicate Payment

If the same subscription is successfully charged more than once for the same order or account, the duplicate payment may be refunded after verification.

3.2 Payment Deducted but Subscription Not Activated

If money is successfully deducted but the MarksRiser subscription is not activated because of a payment gateway or technical failure, MarksRiser will verify the transaction and either activate the subscription or refund the payment if activation cannot be completed.

All refund requests are subject to payment verification.

4. How to Request a Refund

Send your refund request to support@marksriser.com. Please include the following details so we can verify your payment:

Registered email
Registered mobile number
Order ID
Transaction ID
Payment date
Amount paid
Description of the issue
Payment proof / screenshot

Requests that are missing these details may take longer to process or may not be verifiable.

5. Cancellation

You may stop using MarksRiser or choose not to renew your subscription at any time. Cancelling access does not create a refund for the remaining or unused part of an activated subscription period.

6. Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or restrict any consumer right, refund, cancellation or other remedy that cannot legally be excluded under applicable Indian law.
